In groups of 8-12, we co-coach participants through an 8-week workshop that can be life changing! Our most popular workshops are STRONGER, ATLAS Solutions and Tai Chi.
STRONGER (Movement Focus): Learn how to exercise properly while decreasing or eliminating aches/pains
ATLAS Solutions (Lifestyle & Nutrition Focus): Health & weight-management program
Tai Chi: Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise with mindfulness and has been shown to improve stress levels, balance, flexibility, pain levels, joint stability, confidence, etc.
