STRONGER (Movement Focus): Learn how to exercise properly while decreasing or eliminating aches/pains

ATLAS Solutions (Lifestyle & Nutrition Focus): Health & weight-management program

Tai Chi: Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise with mindfulness and has been shown to improve stress levels, balance, flexibility, pain levels, joint stability, confidence, etc.

  • 45-minute classes, scheduled 2x/week
